• CHECK-IN: Check-in and get car pass to enter park. As a courtesy to guests already in the park, CHECK-IN ENDS AT 9:30PM, unless you contact us for special arrangements.

• CHECK-OUT: Before 12:00pm. Call or stop in at the office to ask about late check-out options and extensions to your stay. Non-compliant guests may be subject to additional fees and/or towing.

• STORE HOURS: May through September: 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week.
October through April: 10am - 4pm, Monday through Saturday, 10am - 2pm on Sundays.
Hours may vary on holidays.

• QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 7am. All outdoor music, video and loud conversations must be concluded. Noise complaints may result in eviction.

• POND USE: No unattended children! THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY! Please swim at your own risk. We allow toys, activities, and pets in our pond. NOTHING MOTORIZED IN THE POND.

• WATER PRESSURE REGULATORS: Our sites have HIGH water pressure – please use a pressure regulator! We have them available in the store at the park entrance.

• SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph. Slow Down!
LICENSED DRIVERS ONLY, NO OPERATION OF VEHICLES UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

• CHILDREN UNDER 12: Must always be in view. NO UNATTENDED CHILDREN ANYWHERE. Please be aware that we have many water hazards.

• CABLE/WIFI: Unfortunately, there are no longer ANY Cable TV suppliers in the area, but we offer high speed WIFI throughout the park!

• PETS: ALL PETS MUST BE LEASHED OR ON A LEAD WITH SUPERVISIONS. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. Do not leave dogs unattended ANYWHERE in the park. Please pick up pet waste immediately. Bags are provided in the store, at the dog park, and near restrooms. Our Off-Leash area is not fenced. Dogs MUST be able to obey commands.

• CAMPFIRES: Permitted in RAISED FIRE PITS ONLY! Do not make your own fire pits on the ground. Never leave a fire unattended, as well as keep all fires small and under control! When a no burn ban is in place, propane fires and wood fires are allowed at campsites. WHEN A BURN BAN IS IN PLACE, ONLY PROPANE FIRES ARE ALLOWED. Any fire may be put out at Management or Host discretion. NO cutting of trees and NO ground fires.

• FISHING: Fishing licenses are available in town. The Yakima River is “catch and release” ONLY. Hanson Pond is 1 mile east of us and has free fishing for kids up to age 15 and for disabled adults with a modified license.

• CLUBHOUSE: Available for use by reservation ONLY.

• JUMPING PILLOW: No footwear and no jumping when wet. Must be physically fit. No flips, somersaults, or inverted maneuvers of any kind. Please empty pockets and remove cell phones before using. DO NOT enter enclosure before the Jumping Pillow is fully inflated. DO NOT use when wet or deflated. NO Smoking! NO drugs! NO alcohol! CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST BE SUPERVISED. Always observe safety of others and posted rules.

• WATERING: Grass around pond and sites 46-50 are watered using pop-up sprinklers: 12-5am. Tents can be at risk. Don’t leave any items you don’t want wet outside. We will not be held liable for damaged property.

• SEPTIC SYSTEM: It is very fragile. Please do not flush feminine hygiene products, diapers, paper towels or anything that shouldn’t be flushed! THANK YOU!

• GRAY WATER: Do not empty gray water onto the ground. USE THE SEWER LINES OR DUMP STATION.

• WASH & REPAIR: It’s not permitted to wash any vehicles or RVs in the park, and we reserve the right to ask guests to remove clotheslines or ropes.

• LOSS & DAMAGE of PERSONAL PROPERTY: Whispering Pines RV Park is not responsible for loss incurred due to damage or theft during your stay. PLEASE SECURE ALL PROPERTY BEFORE LEAVING YOUR SITE.

• MARIJUANA and TOBACCO: No smoking within 25ft. of camp sites or buildings. Please be mindful of the people around you. We are a family friendly park. IT IS UNLAWFUL TO OPEN A PACKAGE CONTAINING MARIJUANA, OR TO USE ANY PRODUCTS CONTAINING MARIJUANA IN VIEW OF THE PUBLIC– RCW 69.50.445.

• ALCOHOL: ALLOWED WITHIN YOUR DESIGNATED CAMPSITE FOR CAMPERS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. Sites with MINORS in possession of alcohol will be reported to the Kittitas County Sheriff’s department and may be evicted.

• RV SITE RESTRICTIONS: Most RV sites, outside of specially designated sites, will allow UP TO 1 RV OR CAMPER, UP TO 2 ADDITIONAL VEHICLES, AND UP TO 2 TENTS.
All vehicles must remain on gravel and park in designated areas. Additional vehicles are subject to additional fees, and are only allowed at the site or in the overflow parking area if
space allows. Vehicles parked in any location other than the vehicle's registered campsite or designated parking area, may be towed at the owner’s expense. Unauthorized areas include: other empty campsites, in front of restroom buildings, and in the roadway or off designated parking areas.

• TENT SITE RESTRICTIONS: Up to 2 tents are allowed at sites for an additional fee. TENTS MUST BE SET UP ON DESIGNATED TENT PADS OR THE GRAVEL ON THE SITE. Do not put up tents in places not designated for tents.

• PROHIBITED VEHICLES: Unauthorized vehicles include, but are not limited to, go-karts, pocket-bikes, small motor vehicles, ORV’s, or non-electric golf carts, which are not licensed for operation on the public streets and highways of the State of Washington, cannot be operated within the park. There are no exceptions to these rules. The first violation of these rules can result in eviction from the RV Park with NO Refund.
